ANGER ON MY MIND

Build your emotional vocabulary

Posted on: June 8, 2007

One can say I feel-tuned-out, transported, traquil, ugly, unclear, unaccomplished, undressed, uneducated, unfocused , underpaid, unknown, whipped, weighed down protected or pulled apart.

Use these words to help you describe your emotions. The idea is being able to differentiate and discriminate among emotions to improve our self-awareness and ultimately our ablity to mange our anger.
