Angry but not violent

If you are like most people, you don’t believe that you have an anger management issue. You believe that conflict resolution should come from either violent behavior or screaming. This is usually a learned behavior but not the way that people in society should behave. You cannot go about solving all of your problems with your fists. Not only is it uncivilized, but it is illegal. While defending yourself is one thing, becoming violent to make a point or to bully others is totally unacceptable. And deep down, you know that this behavior is wrong. You need to try anger management course to learn to modify your behavior. Anger management does not mean that you are a violent and out of control person. It means that you are someone who wants to learn how to better communicate with others and not feel so much pain and rage. Everyone feels rage at one time or another and we can all lose our cool. But allowing this to control our lives will only end up causing us harm.
