A “Contingency Consciousness” could reduce anger

No matter how well one plans it is seldom that reality is as smooth as the plans. Therefore in recent weeks I have been advising clients to have a contingency consciousness to combat this problem. What is this? It is a state of mind that is aways aware that things change and one should be ready for this eventuality. To deny this fact is for many to live a life of sustained anger and conflict.
